Under this agreement, we will take on commercial leasing and tenant mix optimization of the entire portfolio of railway stations across the country, including 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮, 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗰𝗵, and 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀. This partnership marks a significant milestone in our international expansion and demonstrates the trust our partners place in our expertise in transportation hub retail management.

🌱 𝗔𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 We’re proud to be part of 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙤 𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩, a pilot project launched at #CentroColombo in partnership with Sociedade Ponto Verde, Veolia Portugal, Smartbin.io and Beta-i • collaborative innovation. This innovative initiative is powered by an AI monitoring tool that improves waste separation processes across the food court. There is also an important awareness raising component that drives recycling rates. Already a leader in environmental performance, Centro Colombo achieved a 69% recycling rate in 2024. With this project, we’re taking a further step toward smarter, more circular urban spaces.
