GF Transparency Line

GF places great importance on a trustful relationship with employees, customers, suppliers and other business partners in a socially responsible, stable and prosperous environment. Our Code of Conduct describes the values, principles and policies to which GF is committed as a global company and on which our daily work is based.

At GF, we consider the respect for people and nature, mutual trust and open dialogue as guarantors of our success. GF Transparency Line is a dedicated system for securely reporting incidents of actual or suspected misconduct, to get support and do the right thing.

When can I use GF Transparency Line?

You can use GF Transparency Line to alert us about serious risks of wrongdoing affecting people, our organisation, society, or the environment. Through GF Transparency Line, you can report incidents that potentially violate our Code of Conduct, GF Code for Business Partners, applicable laws and regulations, or any behavior that is not in line with how we do business at GF.

Only report in good faith, meaning you genuinely believe the information is accurate and do not intend to make false, malicious, or misleading allegations.

Please note GF Transparency Line is not for sharing general feedback or personal opinions about our business operations, sending commercial complaints or enquiries, customer claims, or for raising personal workplace grievances.

Your report will be securely handled

GF Transparency Line is available globally. The system is hosted by our external partner WhistleB and managed by our GF Corporate Compliance team, and it is not a part of GF websites or intranet.

All reports are encrypted and password-protected and only designated individuals can handle and access the reports. We protect confidentiality in report handling, evaluate each report and ensure further investigation when necessary.

GF Transparency Line Privacy Statement is available at our website (https://www.georgfischer.com/en/service/footer/data-protection.html).

Under the GF Transparency Line, we provide country or entity specific intake as legally required.

How to report?

You do not need to proof your suspicions, but all reports must be made in good faith.

You can easily, securely and anonymously report an incident, by following the instructions in the reporting form. After sending, you will receive an ID and a password on the screen. Save these in a secure manner. You will remain anonymous throughout this dialogue.

Typically, we will acknowledge receipt of the report within a week.

Thank you for speaking up!
