When someone arrives in a new country, the journey of integration often starts with language, but it doesn’t end there. To truly feel included, people need more than vocabulary and grammar: they need the ability to present themselves professionally, to navigate the labor market, to understand entrepreneurship opportunities, and to build the self-confidence that makes participation possible. Over the past 7+ years of working directly with migrants and refugees, we have seen how integration happens step by step – through every job application written, every conversation practiced, and every new skill acquired. At INDORA, we design courses that support this journey of growth, both linguistic and personal. Each program is meant to be a bridge: from learning Romanian, to preparing a CV, to strengthening self-confidence or exploring entrepreneurship. For someone who has just arrived in a new country, learning the local language means finding their voice again. It was born out of more than 7 years of direct work with migrants, refugees, and international residents in Romania. We have seen, from the grassroots level, how every “Bună ziua” learned, every first dialogue at the doctor, and every new word in a classroom can mark a step forward in someone’s integration path. These small victories are in fact milestones of inclusion. Our Romanian language courses are built on this experience: structured, CEFR-aligned, but also human. They are not just about grammar and vocabulary, but about unlocking confidence, autonomy, and the joy of connecting with others. Because when you learn a language, you don’t just add words — you gain a new world.

Who We Are Founded in May 2025, INDORA is the shared vision of three professionals driven by a common purpose: to build inclusive, resilient communities through accessible education, digital innovation, and human-centered support. The founding team brings together complementary expertise: one with over a decade of experience in managing integration, migration, and asylum-related programs across Romania; another specialized in digital development, e-learning platforms, and tech-enabled social innovation; and a third with an academic background in philosophy, law, and conflict transformation, deeply engaged in cultural dialogue, advocacy, and intercultural education. What We Do Through INDORA Academy, we offer thoughtfully curated programs designed to support personal, academic, and professional growth for individuals from all walks of life. From Romanian language courses aligned with CEFR standards, to personal development journeys centered on emotional intelligence and resilience, to practical skill-building for career readiness, our approach combines academic quality, psychological insight, and technological flexibility. We also provide mentoring and coaching support, helping people reflect, realign, and grow with confidence and clarity.
