This week had one of those days that felt a little different. 😊 Being part of the Spark Hub Leadership Serbia and the whole SPARK journey was a refreshing reminder of why it’s so important to occasionally go back to the beginning and to share ideas, dive into creative workshops and connect with those who will soon shape the business scene themselves. First of all, It was a real pleasure to meet David Lewis, Director of London Business School’s Strategy Execution Programme, the kind of person who makes you completely rethink what leadership and strategy mean in today’s world. Over dinner, we talked about how the definition of success is shifting, from structure and control to empathy, curiosity, share growth. Sometimes one good conversation is enough to reset your perspective. The next day, during the Leadership Potential Panel, I had the chance to share more about Mladi lideri, a program form Delta Holding that, for me, changed the way we understand mentorship in Serbia. It’s not about hierarchy anymore, it’s about creating space for honest dialogue and learning that goes both ways. And finally, the workshop sessions brought everything full circle, engaging, hands-on, and filled with people who inspire you to keep learning. Thank you and kudos to Sanja Jevdjenijevic ć and Žaklina Teofilović for this great initiative.💫💫

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming the IHG Hotels & Resorts delegation, led by Karin Sheppard, Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Europe. Together with our partner, we marked the progress of Delta District – already rising 50 meters high. The project will reshape Belgrade’s skyline with two residential towers, a modern office building, and the return of InterContinental Belgrade, opening by the end of 2026. Na sesiji “Power Without Conscience: AI and the Leadership Test” u okviru UN Global Compact Hub-a u Njujorku, Tijana Koprivica, predsednica Upravnog odbora Globalni dogovor Srbija i direktorka za održivo poslovanje u Delta Holdingu, govorila je o praktičnoj primeni veštačke inteligencije u postizanju poslovnih rezultata. Tijana je istakla kako primena AI alata danas unapređuje poslovanje u različitim industrijama – od projekta Digitalno selo, programa razvoja digitalnih veština u poljoprivredi koji pomaže malim proizvođačima da rade efikasnije i održivije, pa sve do optimizacije zaliha, ruta i nabavke u distribuciji, čime smanjujemo emisije i čuvamo resurse.
