Finance Supervisor

Main duties and responsibilities

Accounting:

• Review accounting vouchers in time;
• Make cost calculation report; Inspect IC\AC report;
• Prepare financial budget and tracking budget implementation;
• Work with external audit such as final settlement of income tax, annual audit;
• Prepare assets list; In charge of stock and fixed assets inventory.

Management and Analysis:

• Supervision and feedback of abnormal situations in accounting;
• Review various of contracts; Timely identify internal risk; Improve internal control system;
• Responsible for analyzing financial results with respect to margin/cost/profits, and monitor the financial performance of business against approved budget.
• Cooperate with group tax department to deal with some tax issues
• Build up the competence and capability of local finance team;
• Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in field of finance in manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive industry;
• Understand the production process and cost accounting mode of industrial enterprises;
• Familiar with national preferential policies;
• Familiar with budgeting principles and methods;
• Ability of observation, analysis and communication;
• Master the knowledge of asset management.
