Just next door to our global HQ, Genève Aéroport (Geneva Airport) stands as a great example of our commitment to digital transformation. It’s often where my own travels begin, and I’ve seen firsthand how much has improved. Queues are disappearing thanks to our Self-Service Bag Drops, processes are simpler with our pre-security e-gates, and the journey feels more intuitive every time. In a partnership that has lasted almost as long as my own journey at SITA, it’s rewarding to see the progress we’ve achieved so far – especially so close to home. Our most recent move has been the new Airport Operations System (AOS) introduction, the solution that improves real-time aircraft movements and passenger processing data, improving intelligent #airport resource allocations. And what a fantastic milestone as to see the result of 70% higher passenger satisfaction, as smarter operations become standard practice. GVA sits right at the heart of Europe, a hub for international business and leisure travel, a reflection of Swiss and European #aviation and a great platform for our local economy. With a plan to hit 20 million passengers by 2030, Geneva is fast becoming the benchmark for mid-sized airports in the region. I always knew this forum was special, but seeing it in person this year, I really saw the level of engagement and connection it creates. With over 45 airlines joining us, the SITA APAC & MEA Customer Forum in Bangkok truly showed the power of collaboration in transforming flight operations.
