We are proud to announce that our Co‑founder, Maher Loubieh, will transition from Hala Payments CEO to Group Chief Executive Officer at HALA. In this expanded role, Maher will oversee Hala Financing, Hala Payments and ventures at Hala. Additionally, Maher will lead our inorganic and international expansion with a clear mandate to get Hala ready for its IPO journey. Maher also sits on the board of Hala Group, Hala Payments and Hala Financing. HALA’s mission is to empower businesses with accessible, secure, and innovative financial solutions. Under our co-founder's leadership as Group CEO, we will accelerate product innovation accross our verticals, deepen partnerships, scale operations across new markets, and strengthen governance to deliver greater value to customers and stakeholders.
