【前言】:通过Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer (SU20)后,如愿在一个月后完成了20年Salesforce考试的最后一个计划——社区云顾问,于是刚结束下午3点的考试后便强忍着内心的激动,平复好心情从考场奔赴就近的图书馆用余下的精力完成这篇备考经验,希望能同小伙伴们在SF道上精进,修行修心修性!
【背景介绍】:17年参与第一个项目便开始接触站点Site,然后在接下来的项目中接触VF+Tab模板的Community,直到近期才有机会全面接触Lightning Community,总之在我接触到的所有项目中都用到了社区云,可见社区云对于SF项目有着举足轻重的作用。于是在接触了大半年的Lightning Community并有App Builder的基础后,社区云便成了我考试计划清单的必要部分。在持续系统性学习了近1个月后,对考试和自己才有了充分的信心。
【启示录】:系统学习了社区云后,帮我规避了项目方案架构的重大问题。M被y收购后,已经将M用Partner Central的Lightning Community模板做进了y Org,随后被告知需要将M从y Org迁移到M Org单独管理,于是凭借考前了解到的Salesforce Connect做了如下方案,索性该方案因项目暂时冻结没按照原本评估好的时间实施。系统学习后发现Salesforce Connect不能用在Partner Central模板上!
