Let's be real. It's time to move from ESG basics to business value, and you know it.🚨 The "how" though... that's the tricky part. Make sure sustainability measures strengthen financial performance, not weaken it. Your ESG strategy must be financially sustainable and adapted to market demand. 2️⃣ Meet customer expectations and market requirements In B2B markets especially, customers are setting increasingly strict procurement requirements linked to sustainability. By aligning with these, companies can not only stay compliant but also win business and strengthen competitiveness. 3️⃣ Combine ambition with pragmatism To succeed, you need to think big and far outside the box, but without blowing up the box.
