🐏 I am now leaving for vacation to the Faroe Islands to visit family ☀️ Until then, here are my top 5 job search tips while on summer holidays 𝟏. Resting is still job searching. A clear mind writes sharper CVs and nails interviews. 🧘 𝟐. If there’s a job ad that catches your eye, go ahead and apply. Just don’t forget to apply your sunscreen too. 🧴 𝟑. If you see contact info in a job ad, don’t be afraid to reach out with relevant questions. It’s about building a professional relationship and figuring out if you’re the right fit for each other. 🤝 𝟒. Want to set up a few coffee meetings? Great! Just don’t accidentally turn your holiday into a networking bootcamp. ☕️ 𝟓. Yes, check your emails to see if you got invited to an interview or prep for your interview — but also, you’re on holiday. Drowning in Data. Floating with AI. workshop on a boat. Last week I was in Copenhagen for the Future Product Days and yes, my workshop Floating AI Lab literally took place on a boat ⛴️ We tackled two questions I think are absolutely critical right now: In a world drowning in information → how do you actually extract meaningful insights and find reliable sources? Once you’ve done that → how do you visualize those ideas fast enough so teams can act, instead of burying them in endless slide decks? The prototyping part was all about Vibecoding  turning concepts into prototypes instantly, no coding or pixel pushing required. From raw insight to something you can actually see, share, and test. Working with many large design teams lately, I see a big shift happening: Figma is no longer the center of the process. Instead, teams are jumping straight into tools like Lovable where prototypes don’t just look real, they are real. They connect to data, hook into logic, and get you from idea to a functional product in minutes. With a linked design library, it even feels production-ready. But here’s the catch: this doesn’t mean handing all the thinking over to AI. The real value comes from using data-driven insights as the starting point — transforming them into smart prompts, and then building. Not just letting AI spit out something random. That’s the difference between noise and real innovation. And that’s why static screens are starting to feel like yesterday’s workflow. That’s what the boat reminded me: speed is not the enemy of depth, it’s the prerequisite.
