They demonstrated humanity and kindness to accommodate my past academic failures at National University of Singapore.

    I self taught Physics because I was very busy making money by giving tuition to 8 kids on entire weekends. Regrettably I ended up buying my own first car (100% vanity) before I graduate from NUS and learning poorly in what must have been the hardest subject to ever self study. I did managed to pay for my own tuition fees though. That said, however, this lesson taught me never learn to make money when I was supposed to learn how to get my foundation studies right. I learnt to get my priorities…

    VJC has been one of the toughest JC to study in. It was simply because we wanted to be the best Junior College within our founding years. We never took our eyes off the ball.

    However we took our eyes off the humanity of being sensitive and caring to other humans, leading a balanced life, not stressing ourselves and the people around us. Just to be the best MUST never come at the expense of someone else’s quality of life.

    AttituX insights delve into deeper aspects that are unique to humans, effectively distinguishing human intelligence from that of AI agents. The analysis covers a comprehensive range of attributes, including magnanimity, integrity, pragmatic decision-making, and visionary leadership. It also assesses key metrics such as tenacity, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence—all of which are crucial for high-stakes roles. Additionally, the analysis highlights potential negative traits such as indecisiveness, conflict risk, and judgmental tendencies, which may impede collaboration or decision-making.
    Psychometric evaluations largely depend on the dataset used. AttituX has developed a database composed of 101,000 users from more than 150 nationalities. In addition to psychometric assessments, the tool also serves as a screening tool for the frontline workforce, where psychometric assessments may be bypassed in favor of availability and skills. The solution conducts regular interviews using generative AI-based prompts to explore open-ended questions for deeper candidate analysis.
