VCs bring larger pools of capital, deeper networks, and more structured oversight. 4️⃣ 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀: Angel valuations are highly negotiable, ranging from “rule of thirds” approaches to industry multipliers.
