While in #Bangkok last week, I had the chance to reconnect with Chris Bode and reflect on one of the most relevant conversations shaping our industry right now. The week before, Chris brought together key partners from Etihad Cargo and Rotate for a focused roundtable, combining insights from airline operations, data intelligence, and freight forwarding.   🎯 Their focus: how evolving tariffs, shifting demand patterns, and regulatory changes are redefining the rules of global air freight, and how data and collaboration help us stay ahead.   And here’s the point:  As I said before – while topics such as tariffs dominate the headlines, it is often the things that go unnoticed that have deeper impact. One such shift: the recent De Minimis amendment in the U.S., which is already reshaping the air freight market – from demand volatility and capacity planning to sourcing decisions and customs strategies. What stood out most in my exchange with Chris:  In this increasingly complex environment, strong collaboration becomes a strategic differentiator.  Operational know-how, real-time data, and customer proximity must come together, and as a platform provider, we at Rhenus Logistics are committed to making that happen.   ➡️ Rather than reacting to disruption, we need to architect clarity. Conversations like these don’t end at the roundtable. They continue – in strategy sessions, in customer dialogue, and on the ground in regions like Asia Pacific where change is most visible. 🌏

Last Thursday, we had the privilege of hosting a high-level exchange at the APAC Innovation Centre, bringing together leading voices in healthcare, life sciences, and logistics to discuss the evolving needs of the global supply chain.
