Every millisecond matters when you are processing 50 million+ transactions a day. For a fast-scaling payment platform, rising response times, API timeouts, and traffic surges were threatening both customer experience and uptime. We engineered a solution simulating 100k concurrent users, fixing Redis and SQL slowdowns, tuning Kubernetes auto-scaling, and integrating real-time monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus. With our solution, response time dropped from 4.5 to 1.6 seconds, peak TPS jumped from 1200 to 4500, uptime steadied at 99.99%, and error rates shrank by over 7x.
