Digital health is the present. From telemedicine to AI-driven diagnostics, technology is reshaping how we access and deliver care. But is digital technology delivering on this promise? Some 80% of European healthcare professionals say digital technology has enabled better care delivery, but less than half believe it has improved efficiency or reduced costs. There is a digital health expectation gap with regards to productivity gains. This is one of the key findings of a new report from The BMJ Future Health Commission, a joint initiative between The BMJ Group and DNV.
