Program crashing

i inspect your log file.

Between 10:36:46 and 11:35:13 you started GCSM 10 times.

So, my first thoughts:

1. Start Outlook and GCSM with the same user account.
2. Don't start GCSM as admin
3. There are not many exceptions (started with different user accounts)

You have many appoitments and contacts. Does it really kill GCSM (no task in taskmanager) or does it maybe hang (beause of this log entry: 2021-06-20 11:35:13 INF Removing Google duplicated contacts...)?

Thanks Ronny, I tried running as administrator just for debug purposes, it doen't work as regular user either. I am now running both Outlook and GSCM as regualr user.

It does kill it in the task manager, just disappears from there after starting Removing Google duplicated contacts, and had to restart the program That's the reason why the log shows GSCM was restarted 10 times.

I have added some more debug messages to the 4.0.8 version, please create a new log with the new version and attach here afterwards

Ok, the program doesn't crash anymore, however, the contacts are not syncing correctly. For example, we have a contact who has only the email address filled in the Outlook contact and only the phone number in the Google contact, but it is not syncing either way. There are no errors in the log file for that contact. I attached the log files. Please advise.

Hi, you cannot merge contacts together. Either it uses the sync from Outlook to Google or viceversa, but it will not merge the data
