#883 false contact deletion notifications
I have used Go Contact Sync Mod for about a year with no problems until a couple months ago. (Win 10, Outlook 2010). After a sync now sometimes I get the message that some contact files no longer exist on Google or on Outlook, and I am asked if I want to also delete them from the other platform. In fact, these contacts still exist. If I choose to "keep" them on the other platform I sometimes wind up with duplicates. But not always. It is confusing! This problem began with the previous version of Go Contact Sync Mod and has continued with the new version.
I fundamentally Restructured the handling how and when to delete a contact, especially for SyncOptions GoogleToOutlookOnly and OutlookToGoogleOnly, will be part of 4.1.28 version, pleaes doublecheck and feedback, if it is solved (and if not, please provide me your log and problem description, incl. screenshot how your GCSM settings)
