Made some changes supporting namespaces

This is the first version of the configuration schema. This isn't finished yet, we need additional XSD's to support the other configuration files. The tags inside this file are documented

I removed some classes which aren't used anymore. The Modifiers are included inside the parameters so they are of no use anymore

Updated the readme example

Added a create and createByPKey function to the dao's to create Bean objects
