Change the address to use for group members
If you use groups in Contacts, you can select a default address or number to use for group members who have multiple addresses or phone numbers. The selected address is used whenever you email the group or print contact information.
- Choose Edit > Edit Distribution List. 
- Select a group in the list. - If you use multiple accounts in Contacts, the list is organized by account. 
- Click the rightmost column heading, then choose Email, Phone, or Address. - The address or phone number currently used is highlighted in bold. 
- To use a different address or number, select it. 
Contacts appear in a distribution list only if they’re members of a group.
