
Keyboard shortcuts and gestures in Maps on Mac
There are several ways to navigate maps, including using keyboard shortcuts. If you have a trackpad, you have additional options.
To find shortcuts for common commands, look in the menus.

| Move up or down, left or right | Press and hold the mouse or trackpad, then drag the map. On a trackpad, you can also drag using two fingers. Press the arrow keys. | ||||||||||
| Rotate the map | Click and hold the compass while you drag left and right, or up and down. On a trackpad, rotate using two fingers. Press Option-Left Arrow (to rotate counterclockwise) or Option-Right Arrow (to rotate clockwise). | ||||||||||
