Through our Workplace Accessibility Inclusion Community, led by passionate employee volunteers, we’re building a workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of accessibility needs. This community supports Grabbers with disabilities, impairments, or congenital conditions, while driving company-wide initiatives to raise awareness and strengthen allyship. To champion inclusion, we recently hosted a Purple Parade booth at Grab HQ with two engaging activities: 🎯 Cup Pyramid Stack Blindfolded – A hands-on way to cultivate empathy for the visually impaired. 🧩 Educational Game – Encouraging Grabbers to choose words that reflect dignity and respect for PwDs. These activities gave us a chance to step into the shoes of PwDs, fostering empathy and understanding. Adding quiet layers of protection to keep the noise out and peace in: 🔒 AudioProtect helps hold parties accountable when concerns arise ⚠️ Real-time speeding alerts to encourage safer driving 🚺 Women drivers have the option to match only with women passengers These aren’t the only measures, but just some of the steps we’re taking.
