Last week, we had the honor of welcoming a French Olympian to our NOVASPARKS office in Paris! Marie Wattel OLY, World and European medalist swimmer, shared her journey—her achievements, her setbacks, and the lessons she’s learned along the way. She also spoke about the pressure of being a leader, the pursuit of excellence, performance, and pushing beyond limits—values shared by both sport and Novasparks, and which truly resonated with our team. Our discussions also mentioned the importance of mental health and well-being for strategic clarity and sustainable performance. A big thank you to Marie Wattel for her inspiring presence and testimony. It was a wonderful moment of sharing, and the entire team wishes her the best of luck in her preparation for the World Championships and the Los Angeles Olympic Games.
