    This project was took place between 20-24 April, 2015 at Copenhagen, Denmark. The purpose of this project is to Research and identify the key HR metrics and Analytics that can be supported business of PANDORA world wide and can be linked to another project of HR i.e. Global Talent, HR Transparency, Compensation & Benefits, Life values etc.

  • Job Analysis

    Be the project owner to review and analyze an existing job over 420 job positions in PANDORA.

  • Assessment Center

    In order to find the right candidate that fit with job, organization and requirement of hiring manager. We start to looking for the tool to help us measure an abilities of candidate include Knowledge, English skill, Leadership, Personal attribute . So, we work with Grant Thornton, DDI, Potentia , AAI etc. to design both of online and offline assessment tools to measure those skills of candidate from junior level to top management level through the test like WBI (Work Behavior Indicator), MBTI…
