We were truly pleased to host the delegation from Universität St.Gallen (HSG), one of Europe’s most prestigious institutions shaping the future of management and leadership. Today’s visit reflected our shared belief in bridging academia and industry. At iGA Istanbul Airport, we believe that true learning happens when knowledge is experienced, not only discussed. At the Boğaziçi Youth Summit, our CHRO Selda Seçkinler met with young talents who will play a defining role in tomorrow’s workforce. In her session titled “A Dual Dynamic in the Labor Market: Talent Shortage and Unemployment,” she explored one of today’s most striking paradoxes — organizations striving to find qualified talent, while young people continue to face barriers to employment. Her message was clear: bridging this divide requires shared vision and meaningful collaboration. Welcome to iGA Istanbul Airport, AnimaWings! ✈️ Romania-based airline AnimaWings has launched flights from Craiova (CRA), Timisoara (TSR), Bucharest (OTP), and Iasi (IAS), with the final route from Cluj (CLJ) starting on October 16. At the ceremony held for the inaugural flights, our Chief Commercial Officer, Server A., and AnimaWings President, Mr. Marius Pandel, expressed their gratitude. Mr. Aydın highlighted that 14 weekly flights from five Romanian cities will create an air bridge between Türkiye and Romania, strengthening the deep historical, economic, and cultural ties between the two countries. As iGA Istanbul Airport, we are pleased to welcome two new senior executives! İsmail Özhan Özmen has started his role as General Manager of iGA Construction, and Murat Kerrar as Deputy General Manager of iGA Operational Technical Services, effective September 17, 2025. Özmen brings extensive experience in construction and project management, having served as a Board Member for iGA Phase-1a and Phase-1b projects. He has also held leadership positions in Construction, Procurement, Design, Engineering, and Project Management at Kalyon İnşaat, Zirve Holding, and Kalyon Kentsel. Kerrar began his professional career in 2006 in the project contracting sector and has held project management leadership roles at Alarko-Cengiz and Kalyon Kolin Cengiz joint ventures.
