Our cost of living survey for this year highlights both progress and continued pressure. We heard from over 3,300 customers, while fewer are reporting worsening circumstances year-on-year, essentials like food, fuel and rent remain major concerns. Key findings: 🔹Rent pressure is rising; now affecting 32% of renters, 46% of shared owners 🔹Regional differences are clear, with the South East struggling most with rent affordability 🔹Many are still relying on food banks or borrowing to get by We’re responding with targeted support, financial advice, and tailored regional action and we’ll continue to adapt as needs evolve. 🔗 bit.ly/46vJfFM

It's National Hate Crime awareness week. We’re committed to making sure our customers feel safe at home and when out in the community. We have a zero tolerance for hate crime and lots of support in place for those that report acts of hate crime to us.
