When it comes to postural support, value isn’t just about price, it’s about performance that lasts. Belts, harnesses, and limb supports might seem like small components, but they play a huge role in keeping users safe, comfortable, and independent. Poor-quality products can lead to equipment failures, costly replacements, and even preventable injuries. The Actiflex range is built differently: - Robust materials for long-term durability - Clinically tested designs that reduce risk - Reliable performance that delivers better outcomes, and better value Because true value isn’t cutting corners, it’s helping people move confidently, safely and with dignity every day. Discover how investing in high-quality postural supports delivers better results for individuals, clinicians, and services alike. When we think about independence, we often picture mobility, but it starts with something simpler: sitting well. For many wheelchair users, achieving safe, comfortable posture depends on the right supports; belts, harnesses and limb guides that provide stability without restriction. These aids aren’t about limitation. They’re about enabling participation, reducing pain and fatigue, and helping people engage fully in the moments that matter. Read our latest blog to explore why pelvic, trunk and limb supports are essential foundations for participation and wellbeing, and how the Actiflex range helps clinicians and services achieve better outcomes: https://lnkd.in/ebbeueZ7

Last Thursday, Steve Doble from Active Design visited Bromley Wheelchair and Special Seating Service to deliver a product update and training session. Bromley have been long-term users of our CAPS II seating, multi-adjustable headrests and footplates – valuing the strength, durability, adaptability and user comfort that Active Design products provide. The team were especially interested in: ✅ Hybrid CAPS II seating with carved foam cushion and a dynamic, remouldable Lynx back ✅ The Fusion Seating system – a simpler modular option that shares many trusted features from CAPS II ✅ Updates to the NEO wheelbase The Bromley team are extremely experienced in their field, and our technical and clinical discussions were both insightful and enjoyable. It was a fantastic day and a real pleasure to share knowledge with such an engaged group. These types of update and training sessions are something we run regularly with wheelchair services across the UK – they’re a great way to share knowledge and explore how our products can support clinical needs 👉 If your service would like a product update session, please get in touch.

Today we honour the courage, sacrifice and service of all who fought in the Far East during WWII. At the National Memorial Arboretum, we’re proud to support VJ Day 80 by providing free wheelchair access for veterans attending the commemorations. A commitment made even more meaningful as two of our AJM Choice team in attendance, Ben Zissman (ex-Royal Engineers) and Jeremy Garman (ex-PWRR), have also served. Accessible. Respectful. Committed to those who served. #VJDay80 #NeverForgotten #VeteransSupport #ArmedForcesCovenant #MobilityWithDignity RoyalBritish Legion
