🌟 The Great Giveback - a month of meaningful impact 🌟 Throughout September, colleagues from across believe housing rolled up their sleeves to support community groups and charities across County Durham as part of our volunteering campaign, The Great Giveback. 🤩 From tradespeople to office-based staff - including our Chief Executive - 72 colleagues and contractors donated nearly 300 hours to 14 different projects. Whether it was gardening at Auckland Castle, helping Lifeline Community Action relocate, or supporting mental health and women’s groups, the variety of activities reflected the diverse needs of the communities we serve. We were also proud to team up with RE:GEN Group to transform St Giles’ Church Hall in Durham, showing the power of partnership in creating positive change. 💚 🤝 Our Chief Executive Alan Smith said: “This activity was a demonstration of our value ‘do the right thing’ and one way we’re working together to improve lives, support people, and build stronger, healthier communities.” 👏 At believe housing, we offer up to four paid volunteering days a year, empowering our people to give back to causes they care about.
