We’re excited to share that we've integrated with the NHS app, so customers who have nominated Boots UK to dispense their prescriptions can easily manage their repeat prescriptions. Those signed up to Boots Online Prescriptions can also receive tracking updates at every stage of their prescription’s journey, including when it is ready to collect from store or arrived in the post. Boots Pharmacy Director Anne Higgins said: “For the first time, when a patient orders their prescription via the NHS app and they’ve nominated a Boots pharmacy to dispense it, they can view its journey at every key step of the process. Boots has launched dermatology training on common skin conditions for its pharmacists and pharmacy team members in over 200 stores nationwide, with more stores to be added in the coming months. The training has been developed in partnership with L’Oréal Groupe and leading consultant dermatologist, Dr Justine Hextall, and is approved by the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD).    We've also bolstered our online support with the launch of an AI-powered skin tool that can screen for over 70 skin conditions, available via Boots Online Doctor. The SmartSkin Checker works by a simple photo upload of a skin concern. Using AI technology, the tool will return up to five possible skin conditions the patient is experiencing including acne, eczema, rosacea, impetigo, and fungal infections.    Jamie Kerruish, Healthcare Director at Boots, said: “There is a clear need for accessible support for skin concerns and conditions, which is why we are so proud to be launching new technology and upskilling our pharmacy team members in stores.
