Bringing together 141 innovative scaleups from London and beyond, alongside partners, alumni, and market experts, the day was filled with insightful sessions, inspiring talks, and invaluable networking opportunities. Our highlights? 🔹 Opening remarks from Howard Dawber OBE, Deputy Mayor of London for Business & Growth, who shared his vision for London's business landscape, and how our scaleups can be a driving force in it. 🔹 A candid fireside chat with Sam Smith, Co-Founder of The SuperScalers, moderated by Laura Citron OBE, CEO of London & Partners - packed with lessons on scaling successfully. 🔹 Engaging panel discussions with alumni including Alex Holliman of Climbing Trees; Lorenzo Curci, of Earthly; and Jenny T. of WeArisma, focused on maximizing the benefits of the Grow London Global journey. 🔹 Market-focused roundtables with our brilliant partners and experts, offering practical strategies for global expansion. 🔹 And of course, buzzing sector networking sessions where hundreds of meaningful connections were made. A brilliant day for UK scaleups ✨ We welcomed over 140 high-growth scaleups onto our international trade programme, from the fintech & cyber, enterprise tech, creative industries, life sciences, and sustainability sectors. Delighted to welcome scaleups from Essex & the West Midlands onboard too as we get ready to take our UK scaleups global together. We also launched our new Pre-Global programme – a 6-month pathway designed to support underrepresented founders on their growth journey as they prepare to internationalise, welcoming 15 female founders in this cohort.
