It’s October, so that means another hectic period for me and Call Centre Helper! Two weeks ago we launched the latest annual CCH research paper, 85 pages of benchmarking and industry insights, which means we've got a lot to talk about at the moment 📣 This week, I was lucky enough to be a guest on Vinay Parmar and Iqbal Javaid's Breaking the Blueprint podcast🎙️We spent an hour talking all about our CCH research and the evolution of contact centres and their job roles, keep your eyes open that for episode coming out in November! Yesterday had me up and down the country, starting in London for Route 101 Ltd.’s Customer Conference 2025, interviewing their success stories and wider partner network. You can catch the interviews on the CCH website and social channels, but my highlights were definitely the unique perspectives of Daniel, Jodie and Rhian, opening up and sharing their recent journeys, and offering advice on what they wish they knew at the start of their projects. Congrats to Tessa and Magda for a great event! 🙌 Finally, I managed to get back to Manchester just in time to speak at MaxContact’s Afterwork event, on stage with Ben Booth, Rob Dermott and Kayleigh Tait! A tonne of really interesting discussions on the continuing value of people, getting AI right in small steps, and what skillsets the best customer contact leaders need for the future. Jamie C. and Anwen Bottois closed out the event with some great presentations on innovation and curiosity, Pip once again pulled off an amazing evening. Next week, I’m hosting another CCH webinar!
