We are excited to be part of Rhug Organic Estate, reshaping its future and creating opportunities for others. We have just brought to the market 1,000 acres of farmland at Glynllifon on behalf of Lord Newborough, inviting the next generation of farmers to bring fresh energy and investment to North Wales. This strategic move allows Rhug to focus on its thriving 12,500-acre organic base at Corwen, where growth and innovation continue. Last week, we hosted 'Oxford in Transition: Driving Sustainability in Old and New Spaces', a seminar exploring the future of sustainable development across Oxford’s heritage, science, and tech property sectors. Our panel of industry leaders shared valuable insights into how sustainability is shaping the built environment in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities. Following engaging presentations from Adam Wlodarczyk-Black, Emmanuel Deschamps, Rupert Snuggs and Stephen Drury, Matt Lee joined the group for a panel discussion, where they brought together a range of perspectives on the challenges and opportunities ahead. The evening concluded with a drinks reception and networking with professionals from across the property and sustainability sectors. Thank you to our speakers, to Tom Roundell Greene for chairing the panel session, and to everyone who attended.

This week, members of our Infrastructure team headed to the NEC Birmingham for Highways UK, the UK’s dedicated two-day event for the highways and road infrastructure sector. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry peers, explore innovations and new ways of thinking, and celebrate the work shaping the future of road transport. On day one, David Walker took part in a panel discussion titled, “How can devolution and planning empower local authorities to deliver placemaking?”, where he joined fellow experts to explore how shifting powers to local councils can help to shape thriving, resilient communities - a timely and important conversation as the sector evolves. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to chat with our team, and to those who joined Wednesday's panel discussion. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversations and insights shared throughout.
