Today is World Mental Health Day, this is a very important day for all of us here at CGC. We believe our team should be able to talk freely about how they are feeling. To support our team in the best way we have dedicated Mental Health First Aiders who have been trained formally by MHFA England. We have a few tips to help our team manage their mental health, as we all know mental health doesn't take a day off. What helps you with your mental health?
