Small charity? Charity Excellence now has 41 fabulous smalls, but there's still time to sign up for a stall at this year's market! Everyone is welcome, but smalls always get more: They will promote you on the website, in the newsletter and on socials. All you need to do is send a picture, up to 75 words, and any links to your website shop, eBay shop or your online shopping wish list – whatever you wish! 🛍️🛒 🔴 The market officially launches in early November, so don't delay getting your stall set up. Our next stall from a small in our #CharityExcellence Small(s) Christmas Market 2025 is Potters Village. Help them to save the lives of the most vulnerable babies this Christmas by buying an alternative Christmas gift. Potter's Village is a child crisis and medical centre in southwest Uganda. It is a community-led project caring for babies whose mothers have died, those who have been abandoned or whose mothers have mental health difficulties and are unable to care for them. Naturesave Trust prioritise small, UK grassroots and community-led organisations, including social enterprises, often run by volunteers or with a small number of paid staff. They don’t have a strict income limit, but most of the groups funded have an annual income of under £250,000, and many are much smaller than that. They receive anything between 200 – 1,000 applications and have around £25,000 – £30,000 for each window, and try to apply full funding to as many projects are they can, which is usually between 5 – 10. They have three funding windows pa (Jan to Feb, May to Jun, and Sept to Oct) The theme of the Oct - Nov funding window is biodiversity. Deadline 12 noon, 27 Nov. There's something wrong with the Naturesave Trust section of their website, so I've used the funding guidelines link instead. https://lnkd.in/efzY6hMD

Being Scottish, I'm not sure but I understand that England have a football team that actually wins games. In recognition, the Football Foundation has opened a new Lionesses HERe to Play Fund to provide safe, welcoming and accessible places to play football. Grants up to £25,000 for clubs and organisations to make their facilities more inclusive, such as clearer signage, sanitary bins, conversion of open showers to cubicle showers, and private spaces for baby change and breastfeeding.
