She’s been leading Decathlon Ireland since 2023 and brings nearly two decades of global experience in retail, finance, and circular economy innovation. Romain Gravigny steps into the role of COO for the UK & Ireland. With over 20 years at Decathlon — most recently as CEO of Decathlon Australia — he’s passionate about delivering great customer experiences and operational excellence.
