Continuing our celebration of a quintessential British summer with archive Burberry beachwear in the Design Museum’s exhibition, ‘Splash! A Century of Swimming and Style’.       Running until 17 August 2025, the exhibition celebrates an enduring love of swimming over the last 100 years. A Burberry towelling beach jacket and a duffle bag from the House’s archive collection is currently on display, loaned from the Westminster Menswear Archive in London.       By the 1980s, we were a lifestyle brand with a wide product offering, including leisurewear for the beach and poolside.
