🌿✨ 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠… 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐙𝐞𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧! ✨🌿 We’re so excited to see a brand-new ‘hope and reflection’ sanctuary open at Westlakes Science Park in collaboration with Goodlives – the perfect spot for people to pause, recharge, and find a little calm in their day. Our team was proud to play a part in bringing this space to life – from designing the branding to donating plants 🌱 (special thanks to our friends at Oliver Kay for their support!). This project also reflects our ongoing commitment with Goodlives charity 💚. Together, we’ve delivered successful fundraising initiatives and hands-on culinary workshops – and at the heart of the partnership is our pledge to coach volunteers and provide seed donations that help communities flourish. Here’s to creating spaces and opportunities where work, wellbeing, and community thrive side by side. 🙌 #WellbeingAtWork #Sustainability #DineContractCatering

💡 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 💡 👋 Meet Wendy Morton, Business Development Executive. ✨ Wendy’s catering career kicked off over 40 years ago, fresh out of catering college. Although she qualified as a chef, she followed her passion for Food & Beverage Service instead. She began with De Vere Hotels, working her way up from Head Waitress to Restaurant Manager, even achieving a ‘Master Restaurateurs’ diploma along the way. From there, Wendy moved into Conference & Events at the Park Royal Hotel in Cheshire, before taking on a dual role as Senior Duty Manager. She also gained valuable experience with Britannia Hotels, QHotels, and Best Western. After exploring new paths in property development, secure logistics, and volunteering with Home-Start UK, Wendy found herself drawn back to catering in 2017 - and we’re so glad she did! For almost 8 years now, Wendy has been a much-loved part of the Dine family. We asked Wendy what she enjoys most about her role: “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘵, 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩. 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘵 𝘋𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘏𝘘 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦!” 🌎 Outside of the workplace, Wendy loves going on holiday and has recently visited Egypt, Tunisia, Mexico and Cape Verde - with Italy up next! She enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren and still likes getting stuck into a bit of DIY and interior design. 🍽 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐲’𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐮? Quite simply – pan-fried fillet of salmon, chopped salad and a glass of chilled Chenin blanc (and she's a sucker for a sticky toffee pudding & ice cream)! #EmployeeSpotlight #MeetTheTeam

📍 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫: 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 The Dine team recently spent time at Mark Eastwood’s farm in Kent with our friends at Oliver Kay, learning more about where our apples come from. 🍏 For us, it’s simple: fresh, seasonal produce grown close to home not only tastes better but it’s better for the planet too. Shorter journeys from farm to plate mean fewer food miles, less waste, and more flavour on every dish. Working with UK farmers like Mark reminds us that sustainability starts with the basics: what we grow, how we grow it, and how quickly it reaches the table. 🚜✨ At Dine, we’re backing a future where menus are shaped by the seasons, farmers are celebrated as innovators, and “fresh and local” isn’t a nice-to-have - it’s the standard. Here’s to more partnerships that prove farm-to-fork is the future of food. 🌱 #MeetTheFarmer #DineContractCatering

✨ 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧! ✨ We’re proud to shine a spotlight on the industry-first maternity chef jacket, designed by our talented Head of Culinary, Gemma Evans-Hurley, in collaboration with the Women in Food Community. Developed over the course of a year, this jacket was rigorously tested by pregnant chefs to ensure it met the highest standards of comfort, safety, and fit. The result? A truly transformative design that supports our pregnant team members to thrive in the kitchen. 👩🍳 We’re excited to announce this initiative has been shortlisted for “Most Transformative Inclusion Initiative” at the Inclusion In Awards, powered by WiHTL & Diversity in Retail. Huge congratulations to Gemma and everyone involved for making the shortlist. This is inclusion in action - breaking barriers, driving change, and making our industry a better place for all. 👏 #NationalInclusionWeek2025 #InclusionInAction #WomenInFood
