  • We’re delighted to share that Envision’s 90TEN has been named a finalist in three categories at the prestigious Communiqué Awards in July – a true honor in the world of healthcare and #MedComms! This recognition is a testament to the impact of our people-centered and insight-driven work. The campaign “Real Talk: It’s Time To Get Real About Prostate Cancer” for Ipsen in collaboration with Prostate Cancer Research, has been shortlisted in two categories: “Excellence in Public Health Communications” and “Excellence in Healthcare Partnerships.” This bold initiative brought together celebrities and used comedy to spark vital conversations within the Black community about prostate cancer risk, tackle stigma, and encourage early detection. We’re also proud that our “Young Reporters Programme” for the children’s health scientific network Penta Foundation - Child Health Research is a finalist for “Excellence in Patient Programmes.” Every year, this unique initiative empowers young people living with HIV to communicate scientific findings – on their terms and through their voices. So until the big ceremony, we’ll keep everything crossed for success and wish to send our congrats to all the other finalists. We’re also celebrating the amazing collaboration and creativity that went into each of these projects. #CommuniqueAwards #90TEN #HIV #Prostate #Cancer #PatientEngagement

  • We're pleased to share that we’ve maintained our B score for the second year running on CDP's Climate Change Questionnaire. CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) is a globally recognized non-profit that runs the world's leading environmental disclosure system, helping companies like ours to understand, report on, and reduce our environmental impact. Alongside ongoing improvements to our annual EcoVadis and CyberVadis submissions – and the recent SBTi validation of our science-based targets for 2025 – this achievement reflects our dedication to responsible business practices and measurable climate action. By responding voluntarily to CDP's Climate Change Questionnaire, we’re reinforcing our commitment to transparency around our environmental performance and progress toward our sustainability goals. While we celebrate these milestones, we recognize that sustainability is an ongoing journey and we’re committed to continuous improvement. Our score is publicly available on request via the CDP website, and we’ll continue to share updates as we continue our sustainability journey. In the meantime, take a look at some of our recent sustainability wins in past reports here: https://lnkd.in/dtspc6nX. #Sustainability #CDP #ScienceBasedTargets

  • Join us at #ISMPP 2025 soon for a thought-provoking poster presentation on clinical guidelines and retracted articles. We’re looking forward to sharing findings from our study which explores the critical issue of how often clinical guidelines cite retracted articles – and whether these retractions are clearly indicated. Our research identified 192 clinical guidelines published since January 2022 that referenced retracted articles. Alarmingly, only 1.5% of these guidelines indicated the retracted status of the citations, even though 39% relied on them to directly support their guidance. This highlights the urgent need for retracted articles to be clearly flagged wherever they are cited to prevent clinical decisions from being based on potentially incorrect information. Without this, doctors could be treating patients based on incorrect advice. While this issue impacts all publications and research, the clinical guidelines we examined represent the most serious cases where potentially “bad” articles could directly affect clinical practice, even after they have been retracted. At Envision, we continue to support our industry partners to publish credible, up-to-date content by checking the status of all citations. Don't miss the chance to learn more what these findings mean for clinical practice and how it can be done better. Looking forward to seeing you at #ISMPP! #ClinicalGuidelines #Research #MedicalPublications #HealthcareInnovation #PosterPresentation
