Make the first Prescription, the right Prescription
About us
We develop diagnostics that are fast, accurate and can be used at the point of care: ensuring the first prescription, is always the right prescription. Our technologies answer 2 vital questions to ensure effective and sustainable use of antibiotics: Does the patient have an infection treatable with antibiotics? NANOPLEX® is an advanced latex agglutination test that can be used to rapidly identify and quantify the cause of infection in 5 minutes. What will be the most effective antibiotic treatment? SCFI™ is a phenotypic, real-time and growth-free antibiotic susceptibility test that determines the most effective antibiotic in 30 minutes.

A sobering reminder from the World Health Organization’s GLASS 2024 report antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is no longer a distant threat; it’s here, growing, and affecting everyday practice. 📊 Key findings: • 1 in 6 laboratory-confirmed bacterial infections worldwide are resistant to at least one common antibiotic. • For urinary tract infections, it’s 1 in 3. • Resistance increased in 40 % of monitored pathogen–antibiotic pairs between 2018 and 2023. • The highest rates are seen in countries with limited surveillance and fragile health systems. (Source: WHO GLASS 2024) At FluoretiQ Limited, we believe meaningful action starts with better diagnostics. Every faster, evidence-based decision whether made by a vet or clinician helps reduce unnecessary antibiotic use and protects the medicines that still work. 🧬 Because stewardship begins with clarity. #FluoretiQ #AMR #OneHealth #DiagnosticsInnovation #MinutesNotDays #AntimicrobialStewardship #VetInnovation #PublicHealth
A sobering report from World Health Organization on global status of AMR has just been released: - Approximately 1 in 6 laboratory confirmed bacterial infections worldwide are caused by bacteria resistant to antibiotics (for urinary tract infections 1 in 3!) - AMR has increased in 40% of the specific pathogen- antibiotic combinations monitored between 2018-2023 - The frequency of AMR is highest in countries with low surveillance coverage - AMR disproportionately affects countries with fragile health systems and lower income levels AMR is real, global and growing How many more reports we need to read before significant actions are taken? https://lnkd.in/etRGMtvu

🧬 What does it take to build the future of diagnostics — where speed, accuracy, and accessibility truly come together? That’s the question FluoretiQ Limited is answering brilliantly in their latest video: 🎥 Watch here: https://lnkd.in/e3FajbJU A few key takeaways that stood out to us: 🔬 Reimagining how diagnostics work The team is tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, making high-quality diagnostics faster, more affordable, and available where they’re needed most. 📈 Building for scale from day one Instead of chasing short-term wins, they’re setting up systems, partnerships, and processes that can truly grow with demand. ✅ Execution focus & traction proof points There’s substance behind the vision: measurable metrics, early wins, and meaningful customer/user feedback. It’s not just talk; they’re delivering. We’re incredibly proud to see this kind of thinking coming from our incubator community. It’s a powerful reminder that innovation isn’t just about ideas, it’s about disciplined execution and clarity of purpose. Congrats Neciah Dorh and Josephine Dohr!

Did you know that some lab results take longer than a pet’s recovery time? Every hour counts when your patient’s in pain. Today's bacterial culture takes at least 24 hours for a negative result and it could take between 2-7 days, if there is bacterial growth. That’s valuable time when patients and vets are waiting for clarity. How fast are your results right now? Share your experience 👇 #MinutesNotDays #VetLife #DiagnosticsInnovation #FluoretiQ #FasterCare
