This World Mental Health Day, we want to talk about the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing every day 🗣️   We believe that a supportive environment starts at home. That's why all our employees have access to a comprehensive and confidential Employee Assistance Programme. This vital resource offers support across financial, medical, and, most importantly, mental health challenges to ensure our 'village' feels cared for.   But our commitment to mental health extends beyond our own doors through our ongoing partnership with Global's Make Some Noise. By supporting their work, we help fund over 100 incredible small charities across the UK, many of whom run life-changing projects focused on mental health and wellbeing. We're proud to support the incredible work these charities do to help people facing disadvantage.   We’d like to encourage everyone to take a moment today to check in with yourself, a colleague, or a loved one. We’re continuing to make some noise! 📣 We're incredibly excited to announce that we will be continuing our partnership with Global's Make Some Noise as the headline sponsor and winter giving partner for 2025. Cheers to 36 incredible years! 🥳   Last week, we marked a special milestone — our 36th birthday - and it was fantastic to celebrate with so many people across the business.   Alongside lots of cake, we were proud to celebrate this year’s Family Partnership Profit Share Scheme which saw more people than ever before share in the success of their efforts and take home a portion of the company’s profit.   What began in 1989 with a single store has grown into 59 stores nationwide and over 1,000 team members. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the passion, dedication and hard work of the incredible people who make our family business what it is.   Here’s to many more years of helping our customers love the place they call home 🎉
