With #ClimateWeekNYC underway, we are excited to be attending Insuring against the Climate Crisis: Unlocking the Potential of Risk Finance for Humanitarian Response on Wednesday, September 24, in New York City, an event organized by the Start Network and bringing together humanitarian and development partners to discuss the role of risk transfer in scaling up relief aid in countries affected by climate and disaster events. Antoine Bavandi, Gallagher Re’s Global Head of Public Sector, Parametric & Climate Resilience Solutions, will be speaking on a panel exploring how crisis risk finance and parametric re/insurance can help transform humanitarian response.  We look forward to the panel and another successful Climate Week NYC.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our 2025 Back-to-Business Cocktail Reception, held ahead of the Monte Carlo Rendez-Vous. The event brought together over 200 clients and reinsurance partners from across the France BeLux market for an evening of connection and collaboration. We were also thrilled to introduce the 14 talented individuals who have joined the Gallagher Re France BeLux team since the beginning of the year. Their energy, expertise, and enthusiasm are a valuable addition to our team and mission of providing exceptional service for our clients. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable.
