He previously co-founded a dev tools startup and led the enterprise sales team at Braze. At Gradient Labs, he’ll be building our GTM strategy from the ground up and helping us bring our products to more customers in the US and Europe. Based in North Carolina, Zan’s a proud dad of two and a big fan of their soccer and basketball teams. And yes you can bet most of his analogies are sports related ⚽️🏀 We couldn’t be happier to have you on board, Zan. Welcome to the team!

With over a decade of experience across finance, automotive, and consumer tech, he’s passionate about building first-in-class products and he’ll be doing just that here at Gradient Labs. Outside of work, Boris lives off-grid on a farm. His internet? Starlink. 🛜 Turns out the secret to great engineering is satellites + sheep.
