Last week we celebrated our wonderful housekeeping team for Housekeeping Appreciation Week. ✨ Led by Lisa Williams, Fiona Mccartney and Militsa Dzhordzhevich our houskeeping team are the heartbeat of our hotel. It’s time for a tour!   We’re now 14 weeks into our spa renovation and, while the space may look bare, we’ve made fantastic progress. The site has been completely cleared, giving us a fresh canvas to start making everything look a bit more Grand.    Our Spa Director, Emma Sorby, is sharing a first look at some of the exciting facilities on the way.
