The 11th annual BTR Forum provided an environment for engaging conversation around all things build-to-rent. Kevin was able to offer his expertise and experience in modular construction on the 'Getting It Built' panel, which covered the options that developers have when it comes to efficient and sustainable construction. This Black History Month, Greystar team members are sharing their stories. Resident Experience Manager, Ashleigh Knight, talks about the pride she has for her heritage and what her grandparents' resilience has taught her. Read Ashleigh's story below.

Greystar (International) put on a fabulous hybrid event today to recognize World Mental Health Day and I had the privilege of being their key note speaker. The session was opened by John (Johnny) Langton the MD of their European Operations who has created a fabulous people culture with his compassionate style of leadership. Johnny shared how mental health has impacted people close to him and set the tone superbly before introducing myself. The photo below was taken during the Q&A hosted by Catherine Braybrook. Employees had submitted questions in advance and Catherine posed them to Johnny, Adam Callaghan and I before bringing the well attended event to a close. Whenever I visit Greystar the whole 'visitor' experience is exceptional. Thank you again today to everybody who made me so very welcome including Antonia Eyre, Caroline Griffiths, Polina Mavroeidi Assoc CIPD, MSc and Richard Jenkinson MIWFM.

The Greystar team were at EXPO REAL (Messe München) this week, talking about our projects across Europe, the housing industry and potential opportunities for the sector. Managing Director, Germany & Austria, Matthias Euler spoke on the European Living Investment panel. "Berlin, for example, has 30,000 new residents each year but only 15,000 homes are being built. On 17 September, our team in Chile celebrated their national holiday, signifying the importance of Chilean history. The corporate team gathered at the main office, while on-site team members celebrated at three different locations, enjoying the chance to connect, strengthen team bonds and enjoy traditional food and music. Thank you to everyone who made this day of celebration and tradition possible. Por eso, el pasado miércoles 17 de septiembre, nos reunimos para celebrar las Fiestas Patrias en Chile, una fecha que nos llena de orgullo y nos recuerda la importancia de nuestra historia. Fue una jornada especial, donde la alegría y el compañerismo fueron protagonistas: ✅Nuestro equipo corporativo compartió en la oficina central, creando espacios para conversar, reír y disfrutar juntos. ✅Nuestros equipos en terreno celebraron en tres ubicaciones distintas, llevando el espíritu de las Fiestas a cada rincón de nuestra operación.
