Our #newwork with EDF (UK) aims to improve customer sentiment, by raising awareness of the Sunday Saver scheme. To do this, we partnered with the UK's most-watched soap, ITV's iconic #CoronationStreet, and created a campaign that follows the 'media multiplier effect'. Our approach uses multiple touchpoints to deliver stronger performance on key brand metrics, focusing on attention, retention and a deeper emotional connection. HX Humans of the UK builds on our #HumanExperience (HX) research series – pushing us to think beyond averages and reconnect marketing with the real people behind the data.
