Healthcare Estates is the UK's definitive annual event for the healthcare engineering and estates and facilities sector. Taking place on the 21st and 22nd October 2025 at Manchester Central, this is the flagship annual event of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management (IHEEM).

The annual IHEEM Healthcare Estates Awards Gala Dinner takes place on 21 October at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.
