☕🍰 Macmillan Coffee Morning – Bake Off Style! 🧁🎉 Today our teams rolled up their sleeves to take part in our very own Bake Sale & Mini Bake Off Competition in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚 From show-stopping cakes to delicious traybakes, our colleagues have wowed us with their baking skills – and their generosity. Tailored training, hands-on experience, mentoring from our passionate experts, and exposure to real business challenges — all designed to help them thrive in the food industry and beyond. 📢 New for 2025! Four of our graduates will experience a series of placements across the UK to gain insight into our business operations. 🚀 What we’re looking forward to Fresh ideas, bold thinking, and future leaders who will help drive innovation and growth. 

👏 This week we celebrated the close of our Hilton Foods Seachill Manufacturing Excellence Programme Cohort 4! 👏 Over the past 12 weeks, our teams have worked hard on impactful projects, which they showcased in their final presentations to the Senior Management Team. They delivered with confidence, clarity, and a real passion for improvement. The SMT praised the projects not only for their excellent delivery but also for the clear focus on Quality and Health & Safety. What stood out was how multidimensional the projects were – not just driving cost savings, but also creating real value for our people and our products. A huge congratulations to Cohort 4 – your hard work and dedication have truly made a difference. Well done to all involved! 🚀

👏 Celebrating 20 Years of Dedication at Hilton Foods Seachill 👏 Yesterday, we proudly celebrated an incredible milestone, honouring our colleagues who have reached 20 years of service with us in 2025. Their hard work, determination and commitment have been instrumental to Hilton Foods Seachill’s journey. Quite simply, we couldn’t do what we do without them! We marked the occasion with a celebratory lunch, thoughtfully prepared by our talented NPD team, and spent time reminiscing about the past two decades: the milestones, the memories, and the amazing growth they've shared as a team. Last week we took part in Alcohol Awareness Week (7–13 July 2025) – this year's theme was Alcohol and the Workplace, an important topic that affects many people both directly and indirectly. To help raise awareness and start conversations in a supportive and engaging way, we invited colleagues to try our “Salmon in the Trays” game – but with a twist! With the help of Humberside Police, we used specially designed “beer goggles” to simulate the effects of alcohol impairment. 🥽 The results were both eye-opening and entertaining, helping us all better understand how alcohol can impact coordination and judgement. It was great to see so many colleagues take part, have a laugh, and most importantly, reflect on the serious message behind the activity. We welcome our latest apprentices to Hilton Foods Seachill. As we continue to invest in the engineers of the future, we are pleased to welcome our four new apprentices: Hayden, Jordan, Charlie and Keane. With a passion to continue to grow and nurture the next generation of engineers. After undertaking their induction and Health & Safety training it was time to invite the apprentices back for a working lunch alongside a number of our experienced engineering team.
