🏛️ Yesterday, we welcomed the Deputy Prime Minister, David Lammy to Snaresbrook Crown Court. 👏 It was a valuable opportunity to share the important work happening across our courts and tribunals, thank you for visiting.
Yesterday, the Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy visited Snaresbrook Crown Court to speak with staff about their crucial role in ensuring justice is delivered every day. The visit was an opportunity for the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister Alexandra Davies-Jones and Minister Sarah Sackman to hear from staff the challenges and pressures within the court system, and recognise the dedication of our staff. The government are now considering the first part of Sir Brian Leveson’s Criminal Court reform recommendations, which proposes once-in-a-generation reform that will improve timeliness in the courts and deliver swifter justice for victims.
