We are the largest provider of career services to schools in the region and work in partnership with schools to meet Gatsby Benchmarks through delivery of innovative, impactful and independent career guidance, employability and consultancy solutions.
For Careers Leaders we provide robust consultancy support and staff training on how to improve their Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and Work Related Learning (WRL), aligning careers curriculum, policies and programmes with national and local standards, including the Career Development Institutes Framework, Gatsby Benchmarks, D2N2 Framework and Careers Quality Standards.

Career Coaching for Individuals
We offer a one-to-one career coaching service, providing qualified advice and guidance, through tailored support to advance your career by assessing your needs, exploring your options and identifying a working strategy to help you reach your goals. For career changers, those facing redundancy, graduates or young people making their first career decisions.
