These rising stars ✨ are a product of brilliant #families and the #Bennachie Pony Club 🐎, and we are #proud to be able to share some photographs 📸 of them competing last week in the Caledonian Championships in #Fife. Integrity HSE invests in junior #sports because we are passionate about #leadership ☝ and the correlation between the two is undeniable, and particularly acute among females. This is highlighted by #research 📖, and a great example is 'Play to Lead: The Generational Impact of Sports on Women's Leadership' by Women's Sports Foundation. Los Angeles in 2028 might be a bit too soon for this pair, but they get the Integrity HSE vote for #TeamGB in #Brisbane 2032 😉. Last week an employer was fined £800,000, reduced from £1.2 million due to an early #guilty plea, following an investigation by the Health and Safety Executive 🔍 into the #death of a utilities engineer after being struck by a hose due to a sudden release of #pressure. The incident happened on a day with temperatures dropping to -4 degrees ❄️, and was thought to be due to the build-up, and subsequent rapid disintegration, of #ice in the system. The investigation found ☝ breaches under Section 2(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 with no #safe system of work detailing how to prime the jetting system, a failure to maintain work #equipment, a failure to monitor use of physical #control measures and #employees had not been provided with sufficient information, instruction, #training and #supervision. At Integrity HSE, we create legal registers ⚖️ for clients which detail all their legislative duties ✍, then we make sure those duties are included within their #managementsystem in a way that works for the workforce, employer and the regulator 🤝. We then employ various #QAQC measures to ensure it is applied and then record the findings within an evaluation of compliance so they can demonstrate compliance to stakeholders and interested parties 💫.
