I don't post stuff like this very often but a couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of bringing my entire team together in London and Edinburgh for Ops Fest 2025. Feeling the energy that defines our culture in person was a powerful reminder of what we've built together. We started with just 3 people, we had a culture that was very special. To see that same spirit thriving today, with over 200 talented people, 30% of whom have grown their careers within Ops makes me incredibly proud. The recent accolades for our small business banking application, Mettle, and the phenomenal 100x growth of our new business venture, NatWest Boxed, are a direct result of our team's passion and collaboration.
